Sites and spaces arrange the library; plans track the work itself, each card carrying its own documents. Overviews are computed from what the workspace really holds — never estimated.

Small datasets sit behind pages, and a scheduled assistant run keeps them fresh. Freshness is visible, so a stale page reads as stale instead of quietly lying.

Uiia · in development
An assistant that only says what your team approved.
Uiia (you-wee-uh) adds a search palette, guided walks, and grounded answers over your own web app, from one script tag. Nothing reaches your users until a person approved it — and every answer ends in a place in the app, not a paragraph.
What it promises
- AI drafts; a person accepts — run from an approval desk, no developer needed.
- Every answer names its sources, and says honestly when it doesn’t know.
- The model holds no tools. It reads approved content and produces text — a hostile question can’t make it do anything.
- Anonymous by default: it reports what was asked, never who asked it.
- Sensitive things people type — card numbers, emails, keys — are deleted at the door, and a receipt says so.
- Spend capped per customer per day — and if AI is ever unreachable, search and the guided walks keep working.
Where it stands
- In development — not yet open for new customers.
- Its first two installs are our own products. That’s how it earns the right to sit inside yours.
- The engine, the desk, and the widget are built; the customer-facing edges are still being finished.
- Its safety story is already public, gaps named, at uiia.app/trust.
Contextd · in development
Freeze your work. Restore your focus.
Contextd is a desktop app that captures your open tabs, apps, and window state mid-thought and freezes them as a named snapshot. One click closes everything cleanly; one click brings it all back — with an AI briefed to resume the thread.

Where it stands
- In development, and not yet generally available.
- Desktop-first: macOS primary, Windows best-effort.
- Tab capture is Chromium-family today; Safari support is partial.
- AI is your choice — bring your own cloud key or run local models — with keys in the OS keychain, never plaintext.
- An optional activity journal exists, off by default, and it never interrupts.
No download link yet — that’s deliberate. It will be announced here when it’s ready to be used.

The products walk you through the work — what’s happening, what’s next, what it costs — in plain language, with the right control surfaced at the right moment. The expertise is built in, so it isn’t required.
Governance and security first.
Not a layer added later — the position we build from. Review gates and human approvals, audit trails, honest statuses, spend ceilings that brake before they bill. Real counts, never estimates; an unknown says unknown.
Four pieces, one puzzle
Each product is built to stand entirely on its own — pick any one and it earns its keep alone. But they are cut from the same puzzle: every additional piece clicks into the ones you already have, and the picture that emerges is a working day that keeps getting simpler.
The standard we hold ourselves to is the modern car. A sixteen-year-old who has never opened a hood can manage a multi-ton machine — not just successfully but easily, keep it running, and enjoy every mile — because generations of engineering sit between the driver and the machinery, working quietly on the driver’s behalf. That is the experience we build toward: serious machinery under your hands, and a genuinely good time driving it.
